Continental Hotel Budapest****Superior Chef de Cuisine
Mr. Áron Barka started his career at Kempinski Hotel. During his years working, he gained much experience in the gourmet kitchen. In order to enhance his knowledge he continued his career in Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, which is situated in one of Germany’s most beautiful regions.
To enrich his professional development, he decided to expand his experience and be part of the culinary team in a river boat. In the second year he was appointed as Chef of A-Rosa Luna in France. During some exclusive events he had the possibility to work with different Michelin star chefs. Two years later, he was entrusted to manage the kitchen of six boats - four Danubian, and two French river boats.
After his gastronomic break in France, he returned home and is now working on the successful launching of Continental Hotel Budapest****Superior's ARAZ Restaurant as Chef de Cuisine.
