Summer has arrived and the unforgettable experiences of the BBQ parties as well. From June our chef, Aron Barka, and his staff will offer American-style BBQ parties at the interior terrace of ARAZ restaurant.

- Andalusian Gazpacho
- Corn cream soup flavoured with levander and honey
Appetizers:
- Coleslaw /American cabbage salad/
- Black mussels salad
- Salad bar with dressings
- Guacamole and humus cream dips
Main courses:
- Pork lion with thyme wild mushroom ragout
- Chicken breast fillet marinated in Jack Daniel’s
- BBQ rack of ribs with ginger
- Beef medallions with tomato salsa
- Grilled sausage with curry sauce
- Smoked salmon steak, marinated in honey mustard
Side dishes:
- Corn on the cob with butter, cooked with its leaves
- Tomato gratin with spicy parmesan
- Grilled vegetables
- Risotto with parmesan cheese
- Potato baked in foil with spicy sour cream

- Fruit salad with lavender-mint syrup

- Semolina flummery with basil and raspberry ragu
Price:5490 HUF/person
What’s included? Unlimited food consumption and one – alcoholic or nonalcoholic - cocktail per person, if you choose us.
We will also entertain our guests with pleasant live music.
We recommend making reservations in advance for the events, which can be done through either the website of the restaurant ARAZ or by phone.
Free parking will be offered to our guests in our underground parking facility in Nyár street.
